More recently he has been focused on growth strategy, helping clients across industries develop and launch new products, improve marketing, sales and pricing, and optimize their businesses via detailed strategy.

  • We are industry agnostic. We look for niche businesses with strong competitive moats.

  • Companies and sellers must have a sterling reputation for unwavering integrity among employees, management, customers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Consistently generating $500K - $2M of annual discretionary cash flow.

  • A demonstrated history of consistent growth, even if slow and steady.

  • Enduring stability is paramount. We look at the following:

    10+ years of continuous operations

    Stable customer base with long term contracts and low churn

    Recurring or repeat sales

    Minimal exposure to market cycles

    Long-term employees

    Management in place

  • Strong preference for Mid-Atlantic.

  • Asset and stock sales considered. Majority and minority positions considered.

  • Generally in the range of 2-4x SDE depending on fit with above criteria.

  • Strong preference to also acquire the business occupied real estate.
